The Opportunity
As the Founding Product Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping Reducto's product direction, from core platform APIs and no-code workflows to market packaging and pricing. This is an entrepreneurial role with direct access to leadership and a chance to own critical product initiatives without layers of management. What You’ll Do
- Find the right problems: Develop deep expertise in customer workflows, model capabilities, and the competitive landscape to identify strategic investment areas. Engage directly with developers and technical buyers to gather insights and inform product decisions. Collaborate with the research team to translate model advancements into tangible product value.
- Multiply the team: Enhance team effectiveness by proactively removing obstacles, ensuring successful product launches, de-risking decisions, and maintaining team alignment with minimal process. Your goal is to accelerate the team's progress.
- Keep pace with AI-native development: Bridge the gap between rapid engineering velocity and traditional development cycles by optimizing design, customer feedback, and go-to-market processes for end-to-end organizational speed. Be prepared to innovate how we work.
- Ship product end-to-end: Own the full product lifecycle from specification and development to testing, launch, measurement, and iteration. Define and drive success metrics, including feature-level signals and top-line business outcomes like pricing, packaging, and expansion revenue.
- Set the quality bar: Ensure all product surfaces reflect the high quality of Reducto's technology. Actively participate in QA to identify and address rough edges, striving for a polished user experience that demonstrates care and precision.
- Go broad and deep: Develop a comprehensive understanding of Reducto's horizontal platform across various industries (financial services, healthcare, legal, insurance) and customer personas, while also diving deep into specific use cases to deliver effective solutions.
You’ll Thrive Here If You Have:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Engineer, or Founder, with a track record of taking products from concept to market adoption.
- Strong technical acumen, enabling you to discuss API specifications, model architectures, and technical trade-offs effectively with engineering and research teams. Proficiency with AI tools and a deep understanding of the AI ecosystem.
- A metrics-driven approach, defining success quantitatively and understanding how feature-level metrics contribute to broader business outcomes.
- Excellent taste and attention to detail, evident in your ability to appreciate and articulate the qualities of great products, aiming to build beloved user experiences.
- A maniacal focus on outcomes, proactively identifying priorities, executing plans, and holding yourself accountable for results.
