Opportunity & Impact

As a People Development Generalist HRBP, you will be a key member of the People team, combining strategic program management with hands-on tactical execution. Adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle first-level employee relations cases and workplace investigations.
  • Own and enhance performance management programs and process improvements.
  • Create and manage internal knowledge base content using Confluence.
  • Partner with People Operations to analyze survey data and trends.
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding and maintain compliance documentation.
  • Collaborate across People Operations, Talent Acquisition and Compliance.
  • Support projects and organizational change initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of HRBP/People Team experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
  • Experience with HR systems and tools like Culture Amp and Rippling
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Remote/distributed work experience
  • Strong analytical skills and data translation
  • Knowledge of HR compliance and startup environments

Software Platform/Tools

  • Required: GSuite, Slack, HRIS, engagement and performance management platforms
  • Preferred: Culture Amp, Rippling

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $80,000 - $95,000 per year. Redox offers a total rewards package including stock options, remote-first culture, flexible time off, observed holidays, paid sabbatical, 401k match, health benefits, productivity stipends, team events, and more.
