As a Solutions Architect, you will educate and collaborate with customers to create customized Redis powered solutions that address specific business and database needs. You will drive proofs-of-concept, pilots, and evaluations while working hands-on with customers to showcase one of the best technologies on the market.

What You’ll Do

  • Help customers meet their technology and business requirements using Redis products.
  • Understand and validate customer business needs and use cases.
  • Work closely with customer technical teams to ensure successful POCs and pilots.
  • Collaborate with Sales to develop account strategies and identify new business opportunities.
  • Present Redis capabilities in a professional and engaging manner.
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to improve product and technical materials.

What You Will Need

  • 3+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, ideally with enterprise software.
  • Hands-on experience with server-side software development and Linux.
  • Experience with scalable, highly available distributed systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills, and a team player attitude.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
