Product Manager

RedCloud seeks a Product Manager to support immediate client operations.
Location: Remote – United States
Overview
This role is responsible for owning the development and delivery of a set of core internal tools that enable other products to move smoothly into production. The team builds a centralized framework that all related tools pass through before release, making this work highly visible and critical to overall platform success. The organization is heavily engineering focused and needs additional product management capacity to improve communication, planning, and execution. This role partners closely with another product manager to introduce structure, improve delivery predictability, and ensure business commitments are met.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Own the end-to-end product delivery of key internal tools that support production readiness
- Partner closely with engineering leadership to plan development cycles, milestones, and delivery timelines
- Establish and manage clear processes for prioritization, roadmap planning, and execution
- Drive clear and consistent communication across engineering and business stakeholders
- Track dependencies, risks, and deadlines to ensure commitments are met
- Align product work to broader organizational goals and leadership expectations
- Share ownership of product management processes with another product manager while independently driving delivery of assigned tools
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proven experience as a product manager in an engineering heavy environment
- Strong ability to manage complex development cycles and multiple stakeholders
- Experience implementing structure, processes, and communication practices in fast moving teams
- Comfort working on highly visible initiatives with senior leadership attention
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on execution and delivery
- Ability to partner effectively with engineers and translate business needs into clear product direction
Compensation
Compensation range for this position is $135,000 - $165,000/year DOE.

Work Eligibility
RedCloud requires employees have the legal ability to work in the country hired during their employment period. During onboarding, proof of eligibility to work in the applicable country will be requested. RedCloud does not provide visa sponsorship.
