  • Create content that builds trust and drives action for key family segments.
  • Lead content creation across email, web, social, and advertising channels.
  • Manage customer lifecycle campaigns to boost engagement and retention.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns for key seasons and launches.
  • Utilize analytics to measure performance and optimize results.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Academic, and Web teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Supervise the Social Media Coordinator and support event marketing efforts.
