Red Hat is seeking a Technical Writing Intern to join our team in Boston, MA or Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will work closely with a senior mentor, collaborate with local and global teams, and gain technical knowledge, all while developing high-quality technical documentation for our products.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with content strategists, engineering teams, and technical writers.
- Create and maintain documentation including feature guides and user manuals.
- Engage in customer feedback programs to address content gaps.
- Manage documentation projects and ensure customer-focused delivery.
- Gain expertise with internal documentation tools and issue tracking systems.
