Job Summary

The Red Hat Consulting team is seeking a Senior Consultant in Canberra to deliver and implement Red Hat infrastructure solutions. You will understand customer needs and provide recommendations for their business environment, while working on architecture, deployment, troubleshooting, and performance of Red Hat technologies.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted adviser for project teams and customers.
• Deliver technical solutions on-site for infrastructure projects.
• Provide subject matter expertise on RHEL, Ansible, and Satellite.
• Adapt to changing requirements and resolve technical issues.
• Support internal initiatives and contribute to consulting best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years experience with enterprise customers.
• Proficiency with Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Automation products.
• Experience with Identity Management, Satellite, and virtualization.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications such as RHCE or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
• Australian Citizenship and appropriate security clearance.
