About the role
Project Manager
Manages the development and implementation process of Red Hat's products and services. This role involves coordinating departmental or cross-functional teams focused on delivering new or upgrading existing products. The Project Manager monitors the project from initiation through delivery, including planning and directing schedules and monitoring budget/spending. You will organize cross-functional activities, ensuring the completion of the product on schedule and within budget constraints.
What You Will Do
- Plan and execute complex projects according to deadlines, budget, and quality benchmarks.
- Manage project governance tasks, including periodic reporting.
- Monitor team performance against contract and client expectations, and according to key performance metrics.
- Effectively manage and communicate project tasks and commitments with project team members.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
- Manage customer expectations through collaboration with stakeholders across the organization and develop effective working relationships.
- Proactively consult on best practices and creative solutions based on a deep understanding of customer goals, leading change management accordingly.
- Be actively involved in optimizing and improving work processes and methodologies, managing retrospective and Lessons Learned sessions for continuous improvement.
- Participate and contribute to international relevant initiatives.

- At least 2 years of experience in Project/Program management & knowledge of project/program management methodologies, platforms, and tools.
- Management capabilities including leadership, decision-making, and change management.
- Ability to successfully operate under pressure.
- Strong verbal and presentation abilities.
- Self-management capabilities, positivity, and high motivation.
- Strong methodological background, independent, quick learner, excellent relationship skills.
- Improvisation skills and “out of the box” thinking.
- Desire to proactively and flexibly take on new challenges, applying past experience.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
