Product Manager, Marketing Technology at Red Hat
As a Strategic, data-driven, and customer-focused Product Manager, Marketing Technology, you will spearhead the evolution and optimization of Red Hat's MarTech ecosystem. This pivotal role involves aligning marketing technologies with overarching business objectives, enhancing marketing efficiency, and fostering data-informed decision-making throughout the organization. You will collaborate closely with marketing, IT, and external partners to drive innovation and maximize the return on investment in Red Hat's MarTech initiatives. You will translate those initiatives into key projects and work with the rest of the marketing technology team to implement them. This role has a focus on brand, social, and advertising technology including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Integrate, Qualtrics, Datorama, and ContentSquare.
What Will You Do
- Engage with stakeholders to elicit business requirements and translate them into well-defined and actionable product plans and roadmaps.
- Help evaluate and select appropriate MarTech solutions, and cultivate vendor relationships.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to rigorously assess the effectiveness of Red Hat's marketing technology endeavors.
- Ensure that all marketing tools adhere to relevant data privacy regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the latest trends, tools, and best practices within the MarTech landscape, and provide insightful recommendations for potential innovation.
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to marketing and business stakeholders on technology-related decisions and their potential business ramifications.
- Collaborate effectively with product owners, delivery teams, engineering, and data teams to guarantee the smooth implementation, scalability, and optimal performance of all marketing technology systems.
- Work with data architects and engineers on integration projects.
What Will You Bring
- Demonstrable experience in product management, marketing technology, or a closely related domain.
- A strong grasp of marketing operations, digital marketing principles, and the contemporary MarTech stack, with familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe, Marketo.
- Technical aptitude, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and data scientists on APIs, integrations, and data pipelines.
- Ability to manage intricate projects involving diverse stakeholder groups.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a strong data-centric approach.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, including the capacity to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with regulations and best practices concerning customer data privacy and compliance.
