Junior Consultant
You may be thinking -- What is a Junior Consultant at Red Hat? What You Will Do
During your first year, you will participate in the FASTER Program, a 12-month onboarding and development program designed to build your technical knowledge, customer engagement skills, and industry insights. You will gain hands-on experience with Red Hat's diverse portfolio and work on real-world customer projects by:
- Learning about Red Hat products and services.
- Building a support network with peers, mentors, and managers.
- Developing skills in Cloud, Automation, and AI solutions.
- Shadowing experienced team members during technology implementations.
- Engaging directly with customers to deliver enterprise IT solutions.
What You Will Bring
You should have a passion for open source technology and strong technical skills in computer science, IT, AI or related fields. Experience working on enterprise IT projects, effective communication skills, and some exposure to scripting or programming languages are required. A secret clearance or above is required.

Compensation and Benefits
This position offers a competitive salary, bonus, commission, and/or equity package based on qualifications and market factors. Benefits apply to full time, permanent associates at Red Hat in the United States.
