About the role
Job Summary
The Red Hat Subscription, Education, Awareness Program (SEAP) team seeks an EMEA Ecosystem & Compliance Program Leader. This critical role is responsible for the development and execution of programs to scale Red Hat's compliance efforts with and through the Partner Ecosystem across the EMEA region. This includes strategic engagement with major partners and developing new markets for audit and review, specifically targeting the ISV Ecosystem in EMEA. The goal is to ensure fair compensation for Red Hat subscription services by enforcing the subscription model and driving sales through education and remediation.
What You Will Do
- Lead strategic engagement with major partners across EMEA and coordinate regional auditing/customer assessment partnerships.
- Develop and execute regional sales programs with the Partner Ecosystem Success organization to scale the SEAP business.
- Support the local sales team in reviewing royalties accuracy and timing, run ad-hoc and regional SEAP reviews (with 3rd Party if required), and conduct educational workshops.
- Collaborate with the CCSP team to identify potential compliance issues, conduct workshops on usage reporting, and identify and resolve gaps in reporting.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on Red Hat's subscription model, contractual terms, and conditions for sales, customers, and partners.
- Document and distribute best practices and create regionally-specific marketing and messaging for the program.
- Develop strategic compliance campaigns in collaboration with Ecosystem partners and local sales teams to drive broader awareness and execution of the Red Hat subscription model.
- Collaborate closely with Sales representatives and leadership, Customer Success, Channel, Renewal teams, Finance, and Legal across the EMEA region.

What You Will Bring
Experience
- 5+ years in Compliance, Sales, or customer-facing roles.
- Extensive direct experience in software licensing, compliance, SAM, sales, or sourcing.
- Experience in creating and analyzing customer data reports.
Skills
- Strong analytical, strategy, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent commercial skills, including managing programs and projects.
Business Acumen
- Fundamental understanding of Red Hat's subscription model and ability to articulate its value.
- Ability to analyze contractual terms and conditions and explain them in "plain English" to stakeholders.
Language
- Fluency in English is required. Fluency in a second or third language is a plus.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
