Red Hat Consulting is seeking an Associate Consultant to join the Customer Success team, focusing on delivering solutions and enabling clients with recommended practices. What You Will Do as an Associate Consultant
- Assist customers in building scalable, optimally managed, and adaptable enterprise technology infrastructures using Red Hat technological solutions.
- Continuously learn, grow, and adapt to new skills and technologies relevant to Red Hat's offerings.
- Travel frequently (30-40 weeks per year) to collaborate directly with leading financial services, retail, telecommunications, and institutional customers.

Role Evolution and Learning Journey
Upon joining Red Hat, you will participate in an intensive, customized training program covering Red Hat technologies and Customer Success solutions. Here’s how your skill set will develop during your first year:
Within 2 months:
- Acquire a baseline understanding of how to build technical solutions, integrated with existing enterprise systems, with expert guidance.
- Enhance your abilities through technology and consulting skills training designed and taught by Red Hat experts, including Red Hat certification preparation.
- Gain exposure and foster collaboration within Red Hat Customer Success and the broader organization through daily networking and community events.
Within 6 months:
- Collaborate on the successful delivery of customer projects as a technical contributor on a team of consultants, building knowledge of Red Hat’s technologies.
- Understand how customer use cases translate into project plans and align with Red Hat’s technological capabilities.
- Continue to expand your knowledge and professional network, both internally and externally, through enablement programs, communities, customer engagements, and meetups.
Within 12 months:
- Successfully implement enterprise solutions in customer environments as part of a delivery team.
- Contribute lessons learned, best practices, and how-to guides to internal and external communities of practice.
- Apply new technologies, frameworks, or methodologies to container platforms, demonstrating technical leadership.
