About the QA Engineer - Content Management Systems Role

This role is for a QA Engineer focused on automation-driven quality control for new features, platform enhancements, and system integrations to ensure production readiness at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of automated quality gates and CI/CD guardrails.
  • Validate features, workflows, and integrations through automation.
  • Ensure releases meet defined business and user objectives.
  • Provide automated quality signals and evidence to support go-live decisions.
  • Drive continuous improvement through dashboards, KPIs, and risk analysis.
  • Design and implement automated quality standards within CI/CD pipelines.
  • Develop and maintain automation frameworks for end-to-end validation.
  • Evaluate platform and integration quality across CMS, APIs, PIM, DAM, and CDP environments.
  • Translate technical requirements into automated acceptance criteria.
  • Proactively identify operational, scalability, and value risks.
  • Champion quality-first practices across cross-functional teams.
  • Leverage tools such as Xray, Playwright, and similar platforms.

Required Experience

The ideal candidate has proven experience implementing automated quality gates within CI/CD, a strong background in platform-scale automation strategy, and a deep understanding of integrated digital ecosystems. Excellent communication skills and an ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders are essential.
