Red Bull Student Marketeer
As a Red Bull Student Marketeer, you will join the world's most dynamic and empowered brand and product ambassador program. Reporting to the local Field Marketing Specialist (FMS), you will gain deep insight into Red Bull’s target demographic and take responsibility for enhancing brand image and product understanding within your university campus and the surrounding region. This role involves direct interaction with consumers and customers, encouraging product trials, and participating in Red Bull events to deliver memorable brand experiences. Student Marketeers thrive on flexibility, enjoying a creative and inclusive work environment that extends beyond typical 9-to-5 hours.
Responsibilities
- Live and breathe the brand personality and company values, representing Red Bull in a premium way in all interactions.
- Develop and implement a tailored, innovative campus plan to engage students and bring the brand to life.
- Build a strong local network on and around campus, fostering relationships with key individuals.
- Identify and collaborate with collegiate content creators to integrate them into the World of Red Bull.
- Increase product trial and awareness through strategic sampling at optimal times and locations, addressing consumer inquiries.
- Support Red Bull events and collegiate activations to ensure exceptional consumer experiences.
- Promote participation in the World of Red Bull, including collegiate events.
- Enhance brand engagement on your social media platforms with authentic content.
Sales Expertise
- Cultivate relationships with local sales account managers to ensure Red Bull availability and visibility on campus and in the region.
- Work with sales teams to establish new distribution points for Red Bull at the university and beyond.
- Utilize Red Bull assets to maintain brand prominence in sales accounts.
- Ensure flawless execution of defined store standards.
Operational Excellence
- Demonstrate meticulous execution and attention to detail across all responsibilities.
- Collaborate and share ideas with your team through regular in-person and online interactions.
- Accurately plan and report activities in the dedicated online platform in a timely manner.
- Contribute to business development by providing valuable local insights, trends, and opportunities.
Key Qualifications & Expertise
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Possess a valid US driver’s license.
- Currently enrolled in a university or college.
- Fluent in English, with additional languages being an advantage.
- Available to work flexible part-time hours, including some evenings and weekends, for a minimum of 15 hours per week.
- Deeply integrated into student life with a comprehensive understanding of the collegiate landscape and local city hotspots.
- Connected with diverse influential groups and individuals on campus.
- Demonstrates an affinity for project management, 'behind the scenes' work, and sales success.
- A collaborative team player, ready to represent Red Bull with branded attire and the Red Bull Mini.
