Role Overview

The National Account Manager, Catering & Food Service is responsible for winning new distribution channels and driving brand activation along with sales volume outcomes for Red Bull Australia, specifically targeting the leading Catering and Foodservice segments. The role demands effective internal and external collaboration to ensure premium brand execution and a significant presence in the category.

Key Responsibilities

  • Win New Distribution: Deploy hunting list systems, diagnose mutual value propositions, and build value-add sell stories using industry insights.
  • Effective Brand Execution: Deliver in-store and online execution, launch customer programs, and secure point-of-sale placements.
  • Premium Brand Activation: Deploy consumer promotions, integrate customers into events, and foster branded collaborations with internal marketing teams and customers.
  • Sales & Negotiations: Increase distribution depth, negotiate target sales volumes, and manage financial outcomes.
  • Strategic Input: Contribute to Red Bull's business planning and deploy promotional programs including limited time offers.

Qualifications

  • University Degree Preferred
  • Minimum 5 years senior account management experience
  • Experience with leading Catering/Foodservice chains on the supplier side
  • Superior communication, presentation skills, and commercial acumen
  • Action orientated with a strong follow-through capability
