About the Role

Red Bull is seeking a driven student to join our Business Insights team, collaborating with creative Marketing, Sales, and Business specialists. This internship offers a unique opportunity to immediately dive into impactful projects, take ownership of tasks, and contribute significantly based on your strengths.

As the Intern, Business Insights, you will apply your advanced analytics, data wrangling, and visualization skills to solve real-world problems for our sales and marketing teams. You'll work closely with the Category and Insights team to help business partners better understand their data and generate actionable insights. This role is ideal for individuals motivated by problem-solving, making an impact with data, and curious about data storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Support in updating weekly and monthly category reports.
• Develop, analyze, and interpret information to create compelling reports and data visualizations.
• Leverage Shopper Analytics platforms, such as Numerator, to craft impactful insight stories and provide strategic recommendations.
• Conduct weekly sales reporting from retailer POS systems to provide insights into sales performance.
• Utilize syndicated data sources like Nielsen and Circana to prepare monthly Country and Customer scorecards.

Required Skills and Experience

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated analytical skills or a strong willingness to hone and develop these skills.
• Excellent prioritization and time management abilities to manage a variety of tasks and projects effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel (including advanced formulas and Pivot Tables), PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Experience manipulating large data sets using Excel is a significant plus.
