Company Overview

Reporting to the General Sales Manager, the District Sales Manager (DSM) leads a team of Account Sales Managers responsible for in-store execution and driving sales volume for key customers.

Managing Expectations

Establish Sales/Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets for each Account Manager and oversee these monthly indicators. Responsibilities include feedback, coaching, corrective counseling, and performance reviews. Maintain regular communications with retail partners to implement national and local programming.

Leading Excellence

Spend 2 full days on route rides per week to train and evaluate Account Managers and monitor market execution. Teach effective selling skills through role plays, overcoming objections, retail math, and understanding different buyer personalities. Conduct regular group meetings and one-on-one workshops to improve operational expertise and reward results.

Organizational Leadership

Collaborate across the organization by sharing best practices and contributing as a leader among peers. Build a diverse team that reflects the marketplace, upholds Red Bull's values, and follows established standards and operating procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 3+ years of Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management experience
  • Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals
  • Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical card
  • Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds
  • Fluent in English; additional languages a plus

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $67,200 to $100,800 plus cash incentives. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, 401k match, family leave, PTO, paid holidays, pet, legal, and life insurance, as well as tuition reimbursement.
