Overview
The Data & Analytics Specialist at Red Bull is a key role in our Global Advanced Analytics Enablement Program. You will work with a broad community of analysts across all departments to unlock value through innovative data solutions.
Data Analytics and Engineering
Assist business analysts from ideation through to scalable analytics solutions. You will design and implement scalable data pipelines in Snowflake, extract and transform data from various sources, and develop use-case scripts that can evolve into widely accessible applications.
Data Ethnography
Identify and research new data sources to enhance analytical insights. This involves validating data quality, relevance, and scalability, and leading data provisioning projects alongside IT and development teams.
Collaboration, Communication and Training
Guide analysts on effectively using data pipelines and support the global analytics enablement team. You will collaborate with business analysts, data scientists, and IT teams, contribute to a data-driven culture, and deliver global training sessions.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of professional experience in data roles or consulting
- Strong SQL skills and experience with Snowflake
- Proficiency in Python and Git/Github (PySpark and Snowpark a plus)
- Experience in developing interactive web apps (Streamlit or RShiny)
- Familiarity with Tableau and Power BI
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Team-player and proactive approach
Compensation
The position offers a competitive, market-oriented salary package, significantly above the minimum gross salary of EUR 2,303 per month.
