(GEN) AI Technology Trainee Responsibilities
Generative AI is reshaping how media products, platforms, and workflows are conceived and built. Within Media Technology, we are accelerating the exploration and application of AI to deliver smarter, more disruptive, and future-ready capabilities across the media ecosystem. As a Generative AI Technology Trainee in Media Technology, you’ll help bridge real business needs with emerging AI technologies. This role creates space for deep exploration, experimentation, and iteration—translating concrete challenges into tangible prototypes and evolving them into robust, scalable solutions together with stakeholders. Through close collaboration with teams and stakeholders, continuous market and trend research, and hands‑on prototyping, you will help Red Bull build a strong understanding of where GenAI adds meaningful value in a media context—while fostering a culture of innovation, learning, and responsible adoption.
Applied AI Technology Trainee Responsibilities
As Generative AI rapidly evolves into a relevant capability across the organization, there is a clear need for a structured, organization-wide approach to enable confident and responsible adoption of GenAI tools. This creates the opportunity for a strategic upskilling initiative that supports long-term capability building in a fast-changing environment. As an Applied AI Technology Trainee, this role exists to bring structure, energy, and coordination to the development and delivery of this initiative. The position is designed to support the planning, alignment, execution, and tracking of a high-impact upskilling program, working closely with stakeholders across functions. By taking ownership within a dynamic, cross-functional setup, the Graduate contributes to a key transformation topic while developing strong project coordination and communication skills. The role also supports broader GenAI-related initiatives, helping drive momentum and alignment as AI capabilities continue to expand across the organization.
