Company Description
Reporting to the District Sales Manager, the Account Sales Manager (ASM) performs outside sales, drives an assigned route of accounts, and increases product sales and placements at assorted off premise stores. The role involves upselling inventory, cooler space, and product displays while servicing customers in line with Red Bull executional standards.
Management/Sales
The ASM will manage products and customer relationships at assigned Red Bull Distribution Company (RBDC) accounts. Responsibilities include:
- Determining current and ongoing product needs
- Increasing sales and maintaining product displays
- Ensuring equipment cleanliness and functionality
- Performing outside sales functions
- Other tasks as assigned
Execution
Key execution responsibilities include:
- Evaluating competitors' activities such as new launches and price reductions
- Meeting monthly sales, distribution, pricing, display, and merchandising goals
- Maintaining brand standards with proper product rotation and display
- Increasing product inventory and in-store branding at each account
Building Success
Work collaboratively across the organization to build success:
- Share best practices and lead among peers
- Maintain strong relationships with customer contacts
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- A valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical card
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Experience in sales, account management, and DSD preferred
- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
