Company Description
Reporting to the District Sales Manager, the Account Sales Manager's primary function is to perform outside sales of product inventory while driving an assigned route of accounts. You will increase product sales and placement of product displays at all large and small format off premise stores. You will upsell inventory, cooler space, and product displays while servicing all customers safely and in accordance with Red Bull executional standards.
Management/Sales
- Manage products and customer relationships for assigned Red Bull Distribution Company accounts
- Determine current and ongoing product needs and seek sales opportunities
- Ensure all Red Bull equipment is maintained and operational
- Perform outside sales functions and additional tasks as assigned
Execution
- Evaluate competitors' activities including new launches and price changes
- Meet monthly goals in areas such as sales, distribution, pricing, display, and account setup
- Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper product rotation and display standards
- Increase product inventory, diversity, and in-store branding at accounts
Building Success
- Collaborate across the organization and share best practices
- Contribute as a leader among peers
- Maintain strong relationships with customer contacts
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean motor vehicle record and DOT compliance
- Obtainment of a DOT Medical card
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Experience in sales, account management, and DSD is a plus
- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds
Additional Information
The base salary range for this position is $25 to $27 hourly plus cash incentives. Actual salary offer may vary based on experience. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, vision plans, 401k match, family leave, PTO & Paid Holidays, pet, legal, and life insurance, as well as tuition reimbursement. English required; additional languages are an advantage.
