Role Overview

The Account Sales Manager is responsible for performing outside sales, driving assigned account routes, and increasing product sales and placements at both large and small format off premise stores. This role supports the Red Bull brand standards with effective merchandising and product display strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer relationships and product sales at assigned accounts.
  • Identify product needs and upsell inventory, cooler space, and displays.
  • Maintain clean and operational Red Bull equipment.
  • Monitor competitors' activities, including product launches and pricing.
  • Meet monthly goals in sales, distribution, pricing, display, and account setup.
  • Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper product rotation and display flow.
  • Collaborate with team members and share best practices.

Qualifications

  • Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical card eligibility.
  • Minimum age of 21 years.
  • Experience in sales, account management, and DSD is preferred.
  • Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds.
  • Proficiency in English; other languages considered an advantage.
