Role Overview - Junior Structures Analyst

The Junior Structures Analyst will work closely with experienced analysts and design engineers to support the structural evaluation of parts throughout their development cycle.

• Perform structural and stress analysis using FEA tools and hand-calculation methods.
• Prepare analysis reports and documentation.
• Evaluate component performance and reliability versus design requirements.
• Contribute to load case assessments and optimisation studies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during design reviews and development milestones.
• Learn and apply best-practice modelling and analysis techniques.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will have a degree in Engineering or a similar discipline, some exposure to structural analysis or FEA through academic projects, placements, or early career experience, and a basic understanding of materials, mechanics, and stress analysis principles.
