Overview

C+C Apartment Management LLC is an industry leader in property management and real estate operations. They manage over 18,000 residential dwelling units across approximately 400 multi-family buildings in the New York Tri-state area. This role is part of the Maintenance department.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Monitor building and grounds for clean presentation.
  • Perform minor painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and maintenance tasks.
  • Follow written and verbal instructions and store supplies appropriately.
  • Carry out grounds maintenance including mowing, trimming, and debris removal.
  • Dispose of trash, maintain tools, and ensure building security.
  • Report emergencies and major repair needs immediately.
  • Adhere to company policies, especially health and safety procedures.
  • Perform emergency on-call duties and other assigned tasks.

Essential Job Functions

The role requires working in various weather conditions, performing medium to heavy physical work, and maintaining good coordination. Candidates must be capable of lifting up to 100 lbs. with frequent loads up to 50 lbs.

Minimum Requirements

Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience: 1-2 years in maintenance and/or construction supervision is ideal.

Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Basic janitorial skills with ability to interact with residents.
  • Experience using hand and power tools (e.g., circular saw, power drill, chain saw).
  • ALC lead paint certification is a plus.
