Handyperson - Property Operations

C+C Apartment Management LLC is an industry leader in management and real estate operations with a portfolio of over 18,000 residential units. The organization focuses on enhancing property revenue, maintenance, cost control and resident relations.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Monitor building and grounds for neat presentation
  • Perform minor painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry repairs
  • Follow written and verbal instructions
  • Manage supplies and perform grounds maintenance
  • Maintain tools and secure building premises
  • Report major repairs and emergency issues immediately
  • Adhere to company health and safety policies
  • Perform emergency on-call duties as required

Essential Job Functions

Minimum Requirements
