Handyperson (Property Operations)

C+C Apartment Management LLC is an industry leader in management and real estate operations, managing over 18,000 residential units across approximately 400 multi-family buildings in the New York Tri-state area. The role provides property management services with a focus on revenue improvement, cost control, maintenance, financial reporting, and resident relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor building and grounds for cleanliness.
  • Perform minor repairs including painting, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical tasks.
  • Maintain grounds by mowing, trimming, and seasonal cleanups.
  • Maintain and secure tools and equipment.
  • Report major repairs and emergency issues immediately.
  • Adhere to safety procedures and on-call duties as assigned.

Essential Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of maintenance or construction experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions and perform physical labor.
  • Good hand/eye coordination and basic janitorial knowledge.
  • Experience with a variety of hand and power tools.
  • ALC lead paint certification is a plus.
