Handyperson (Property Operations)
C+C Apartment Management LLC is an industry leader in management and real estate operations, managing over 18,000 residential units across approximately 400 multi-family buildings in the New York Tri-state area. The role provides property management services with a focus on revenue improvement, cost control, maintenance, financial reporting, and resident relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor building and grounds for cleanliness.
- Perform minor repairs including painting, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical tasks.
- Maintain grounds by mowing, trimming, and seasonal cleanups.
- Maintain and secure tools and equipment.
- Report major repairs and emergency issues immediately.
- Adhere to safety procedures and on-call duties as assigned.
Essential Qualifications
- 1-2 years of maintenance or construction experience preferred.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and perform physical labor.
- Good hand/eye coordination and basic janitorial knowledge.
- Experience with a variety of hand and power tools.
- ALC lead paint certification is a plus.
