Shape the Future of Enterprise Infrastructure at Recipharm
Recipharm is a global CDMO with more than 30 facilities across 10 countries, supporting leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies. As we continue to modernise and standardise our global IT landscape, we are strengthening our Enterprise Architecture function.
We are now seeking a highly experienced IT Services & Infrastructure Architect to define and govern the future-state architecture of our global infrastructure environment. This is a strategic, enterprise-level role operating at the intersection of business, technology, security, and operations.
The Role of IT Services & Infrastructure Architect
As IT Services & Infrastructure Architect, you will:
- Define and maintain enterprise-wide infrastructure architecture principles and target architectures
- Govern and integrate architecture across infrastructure domains (Network, Cloud, Workplace, Datacentre, Security)
- Chair the Service Architecture Review Board
- Consolidate and shape the integrated enterprise infrastructure roadmap
- Ensure alignment between business strategy, cybersecurity, regulatory requirements, and infrastructure evolution
- Guide major programmes and transformation initiatives impacting infrastructure
- Resolve cross-domain architectural trade-offs and ensure long-term technical coherence
You will work closely with Infrastructure Domain Owners, Information Security, IT leadership, and business stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, and future-ready technology foundations.
What You Bring
- 7+ years in enterprise or infrastructure architecture roles
- Broad experience across multiple infrastructure domains (networking, cloud, compute, workplace, security)
- Experience in large, geographically distributed environments
- Strong knowledge of IT governance and IT Service Management (ITIL)
- Solid understanding of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, CIS)
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
- Experience chairing or contributing to architectural review processes
Experience in regulated industries (e.g., pharmaceutical, GxP environments) is highly desirable.
