About The Role

Recipharm is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Global IT team. In this role, you will contribute to the development and execution of enterprise data strategies that underpin our business intelligence, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.

Your expertise in designing and implementing robust data management solutions will drive meaningful insights and informed decision-making at all levels of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement enterprise-grade data integration and governance solutions.
  • Develop and optimise data models and pipelines for seamless data flow.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to transform business needs into technical solutions.
  • Maintain data quality, security, and compliance per industry standards.
  • Integrate data platforms with enterprise systems and cloud services.
  • Troubleshoot and enhance performance of data pipelines and queries.
  • Keep current with emerging trends and best practices in data management.

Skills And Experience

Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering or related field; minimum 5 years’ experience in data management, data engineering, or similar roles; advanced proficiency in SQL, ETL processes, data modelling, and data warehousing; experience with cloud platforms (AWS, BTP, Azure); and strong analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Desirable: Understanding of business data management processes; ability to translate business processes into BI models; exposure to machine learning, AI-driven analytics or big data technologies; and familiarity with Python, Java, or JavaScript.

This is a global remote based role open to applicants with EU/UK citizenship, or with a valid work/residence permit and permanent residence in eligible European countries.
