Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and focus for the sales team.
- Develop relationships with team members and customers to enhance the sales process.
- Maintain CSI at or above company standards.
- Build rapport to create a strong customer network.
- Support sales staff and assist in closing deals.
- Manage productivity of the sales department.
- Maintain relationships with manufacturers and lending institutions.
- Facilitate regular sales training for team growth.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of dealership management experience required.
- Proven interest in training sales associates within an inclusive culture.
- High energy and enthusiasm throughout the sales workday.
- Tech savvy with experience handling internet and phone inquiries.
