The Team and Culture
You will report to Diana Ibarra, Team Lead of Customer Support Operations, and work closely with Christian, our VP of Customer Support, along with our CEO and COO during the interview process. Our flat structure ensures that everyone contributes directly with clear communication and a strong work ethic.
The Role
As an Overnight Customer Support Engineer, you will work during the hours of 2:30 AM ET to 10:30 AM ET troubleshooting and supporting our core feature sets and services. You will assist merchants and partners, document solutions, prepare technical reports, install and upgrade software, and suggest improvements to increase efficiency.
- Providing technical support via the internal ticketing system
- Creating and updating technical documentation
- Analyzing, testing, and resolving complex technical issues
- Coordinating with multiple departments for swift resolution
- Improving work processes and system functionalities
Who You Are
You hold a BS degree or equivalent work experience, with 1-3 years of experience in a JavaScript environment. Familiarity with frontend frameworks and HTML/browser development tools is key. Strong customer service, independent work, and proactive problem solving are must-haves. Experience in remote work, startups, SaaS, Jira, Agile, and omni-channel support is a bonus.
Interview Process
The process includes an introductory call with Diana, an in-depth interview with our VP of Customer Support, and a final discussion with the CEO and COO.
