Position Overview: Human Resources Intern

Rebel Foods is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our dynamic HR team in Mumbai. This internship offers an invaluable chance to gain practical, hands-on experience across various HR functions within a fast-paced, innovative organization, directly contributing to our continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

As a Human Resources Intern, you will play a crucial role in our HR operations and onboarding processes:

  • Onboarding: Execute comprehensive end-to-end onboarding procedures, including sending offer letters, preparing essential equipment and kits, coordinating engaging orientation sessions, and serving as a primary point of contact for new hires.
  • HR Operations: Accurately update and diligently maintain employee databases and records within our HRIS, ensuring all personal and employment details are current and precise.
  • Administrative Support: Efficiently manage employee documentation, process necessary paperwork, assist with the meticulous collection of payroll data, and proficiently handle routine HR inquiries, providing timely and helpful responses.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related academic field.
  • Demonstrated strong organizational skills coupled with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication abilities and strong interpersonal skills, fostering positive interactions within the team and with employees.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, for various administrative and reporting tasks.
  • A proactive and consistently positive attitude, eager to learn and adapt to new challenges within the HR domain.
  • While not mandatory, prior experience or previous internships in Human Resources or a related field will be considered a significant advantage.
