Role Overview - Real Estate Paralegal - Acquisitions
Join our hard-working legal team to support real estate attorneys with acquisition, development, and portfolio management matters. You will supervise and guide junior paralegals and legal assistants while managing document reviews, due diligence, closing activities, and post-closing tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate Acquisition and Development transactions under attorney supervision.
- Organize due diligence, transaction, title, and survey documents.
- Train and supervise paralegals and legal assistants.
- Collaborate with external counsel and third-party service providers.
- Manage portfolio and development project files and ensure document retention.
- Assist with notary services as required under California regulations.
What You Need To Succeed
6+ years of relevant legal experience, an undergraduate degree, and a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved school are required. A combination of education, training, and skills is essential to support the key job functions.
