Position Summary

The Product Support Supervisor at RealTruck, Inc. is responsible for supervising the Product Support Specialist team to deliver efficient troubleshooting, product resolution, and customer service. This role involves managing inbound customer touchpoints across product installation, technical support, warranty issues, and general inquiries via multiple channels.

Core Functions

  • Supervise and guide the product support team ensuring best-in-class service.
  • Provide regular performance feedback, coaching, and training on systems and processes.
  • Oversee product installation, technical support, warranty processing, and escalations.
  • Monitor quality assurance, data entry accuracy, and adherence to SLAs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document and resolve product issues.

Qualifications & Requirements

Associate degree or 3+ years of related experience required, with proven supervisory skills. Must be proficient in managing high volume inbound touchpoints and have a valid state driver's license.

Skills, Abilities, And Knowledge

  • Strong product knowledge and decision-making abilities.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office and communication tools.
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, Database software, and related systems.
  • Excellent customer service skills tailored for both B2B and D2C channels.

Supervisor Responsibilities & Physical Requirements

Manage schedules, review work of direct reports in a professional office or remote environment. This position requires light physical exertion and use of standard office equipment.
