Founders Associate
RealStudio is seeking a full-time Founders Associate to work directly alongside the management team in one of the fastest-growing agencies in the German-speaking region. You will be an all-rounder with an entrepreneurial spirit, contributing to the growth of our 22-person team.

Your Role
You will be the Founder's right-hand person, stepping in wherever needed – whether it's building processes, strengthening client relationships, driving new projects, or coordinating the team. Every day will be different, making this role exceptionally exciting.

Responsibilities
- Direct collaboration with the Founder on strategic and operational projects.
- Independent assumption of key projects across all areas.
- Building, optimizing, and documenting internal processes to scale our growth.
- Coordination between teams and ensuring projects stay on track.
- Research and preparation of strategic decisions for new business areas and partnerships.
