The Opportunity
The Principal Product Manager, AI Healthcare is responsible for defining and driving the vision, strategy, and execution of Realityworks’ AI Healthcare product portfolio. This role owns product insight development, roadmap creation, and innovation strategy to maximize revenue, market impact, and long-term differentiation across healthcare simulation solutions. Operating at the intersection of software, AI, hardware integration, and customer outcomes, this role partners closely with R&D, Product Strategy, Sales, Marketing, and external partners to ensure Realityworks’ AI Healthcare offerings are market-leading, scalable, and aligned with institutional needs across high school and post-secondary education markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads product discovery and insight development for AI Healthcare products, resulting in a clearly articulated roadmap that maximizes revenue and market impact
- Partners closely with Product Strategy to align AI-enabled software strategy with integrated hardware-enabled solutions
- Collaborates with internal and external R&D teams to define product specifications for initial launch and long-term product evolution
- Drives the innovation strategy for AI Healthcare products, including standalone software and integrated hardware solutions
- Defines, documents, and aligns cross-functional teams on how current and future software systems should operate to meet customer needs, including UI/UX, AI behavior, and AI-generated summarization
- Develops and owns software pricing models that maximize returns while aligning with procurement requirements across high school and post-secondary markets
- Identifies opportunities for meaningful differentiation in healthcare simulation through domain expertise and close partnership with customers and institutions
- Serves as a subject matter expert and product authority for AI Healthcare offerings within cross-functional teams
- Translates technical capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions aligned to buyer needs and measurable outcomes
- Leads or participates directly in key customer and partner conversations to support deal progression and closure
- Establishes and owns product standards to ensure solutions consistently meet end-user and institutional expectations
- Partners with Product Leadership and Business Development to support strategic partnerships and integrations related to AI Healthcare offerings
- Leads executive-level presentations, both virtually and at tradeshows, representing Realityworks’ AI Healthcare vision and capabilities
- Partners with institutions, industry leaders, and external stakeholders to drive adoption, credibility, and validation of Realityworks’ AI systems
- Partners with Sales and Marketing to shape and support go-to-market strategies, ensuring product readiness, clear positioning, and effective enablement
- Drives execution of go-to-market plans through product messaging, sales enablement, and customer-facing insights
- Guides development of messaging, positioning, and enablement materials that clearly communicate product value and differentiation
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Product Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or related roles
- Experience working with AI-driven software products
- Experience partnering with R&D, Sales, and Marketing teams to deliver successful product launches
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, healthcare simulation, education technology, or regulated markets
- Experience with hardware and software integrated products
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Experience supporting enterprise or institutional buyers
Work Location
Realityworks is located in Eau Claire, WI. This is a remote position, with an expectation of onsite presence at the corporate office approximately once per month, as needed
Travel Requirements
Occasional travel required for customer meetings, conferences, tradeshows, and partner engagements
Compensation
The expected compensation range for this position is $110,000 - $160,000 annually (varies by location). Actual compensation will depend on geographic location, experience, and qualifications.
