The Role

We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager who knows how to ship, not just talk or theorize. You will own the product from here forward:

  • Fix & refine AI-driven resume parsing for consistent data pull.
  • Ensure rock-solid video uploads & playback via Cloudflare.
  • Polish profile pages into clean, client-ready experiences.
  • Coordinate developers & vendors to deliver fast.

This role is part execution driver, part product owner, and part translator between business and tech.

What We’re Looking For

Non-negotiables:

  • Delivered MVPs or shipped features under strict deadlines.
  • Experience integrating AI services using APIs and data mapping.
  • Fluency in backend systems (Node.js, TypeScript, Supabase/Postgres, REST, webhooks).
  • Ability to tweak frontend using React and TailwindCSS.
  • Experience with Cloudflare for video handling.
  • Comfortable debugging across the stack.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Familiarity with Lovable.dev low-code builder.
  • Experience with AWS or other cloud services.
  • Skilled in managing distributed dev teams and vendors.
