The Role

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager who gets things done. You will:

  • Fix and refine AI-driven resume parsing for accuracy.
  • Ensure robust video uploads and playback via Cloudflare.
  • Polish profile pages into clean, client-ready experiences.
  • Coordinate developers and vendors to deliver quickly.

This role combines execution, product ownership, and translating business needs into technical requirements.

What We’re Looking For

Non-negotiables: Delivered MVPs or shipped features under tight deadlines, integrated AI services (APIs), proficiency in backend (Node.js, TypeScript, Supabase/Postgres, REST, webhooks) and frontend tweaks with React and TailwindCSS, experience with Cloudflare for video handling, and debugging across the stack.

Nice-to-haves: Familiarity with Lovable.dev, exposure to AWS or other cloud platforms, and experience managing distributed dev teams and vendors.
