Legal Assistant at Real Hires

When clients call a law firm, they often need clarity, reassurance, and direction. When attorneys are busy, they need someone reliable who keeps communication organized and tasks moving forward. That’s where you come in.

Real Hires is looking for a bilingual (Spanish-English) Legal Assistant who can manage high-volume communication, support daily operations, and help keep both clients and internal teams aligned. This is a fully remote role, but your impact will be front and center.

What You’ll Do

Be the First Point of Contact

  • Answer and direct high-volume incoming calls using a multi-line system.
  • Make outbound calls to clients and partners when follow-up is needed.
  • Respond to emails clearly and professionally in both Spanish and English.

Guide Clients Through Intake

  • Conduct client intake conversations and maintain accurate, organized records.
  • Ensure every detail is captured correctly and confidentially.

Keep Schedules on Track

  • Assist with calendar management and appointment scheduling so nothing gets missed.

Support Daily Operations

  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, document organization, and file management.
  • Help maintain office supply inventory and internal organization.

Assist with Legal Tasks

  • Support staff with legal-related administrative work while maintaining strict confidentiality and accuracy.

What You Bring

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (required)
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Experience handling high call volumes with professionalism
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Administrative, clerical, or legal support experience (preferred)
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and document handling (a plus)
