The Role

This role is not a traditional assistant position. As an extension of the CEO’s mind, you will anticipate, prioritize, and create order to allow the CEO to focus on vision, sales, client relationships, and growth strategy.

  • Turn raw ideas into finished guides, posts, and tools.
  • Translate chaos into systems and SOPs.
  • Build rails for predictable execution.
  • Protect the CEO’s time, energy, and clarity.

Responsibilities

Protect Time & Clarity: Deliver briefs, maintain inbox, calendar, and CRM meticulously.

Content & Authority Support: Capture ideas from voice notes and manage content libraries.

Client Experience & Retention: Systematize onboarding, coordinate testimonials, and prepare call briefs.

Project Finishing: Keep websites, branding, and product milestones on track, manage vendors, and close loops.

Strategic Insights: Research tools and opportunities; deliver clear briefs with recommendations.

Results You Own

  • CEO starts and ends each day with clarity.
  • Content machine runs with organized, published ideas.
  • Client experience is seamless from onboarding to follow-ups.
  • Projects are completed with finished systems and tools.
  • CEO spends majority of week on strategic priorities.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years as an EA, Chief of Staff, or Ops role.
  • Proven ability to turn chaos into clarity.
  • Experience building systems: CRM processes, SOPs, onboarding flows.
  • Elite communicator with client-facing polish.
  • High follow-through and assertive yet diplomatic.
