Role Overview

The Executive Assistant Operator partners directly with the Founder & CEO, Aaron Klein, to transform raw ideas into systems, provide executive support, and maintain operational momentum. This role requires turning chaos into clarity and ensuring that the CEO’s focus remains on vision, sales, client relationships, and growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Protect the CEO’s time through efficient calendar, inbox, and CRM management.
  • Create briefs, trackers, and workflows for predictable execution.
  • Support content creation and authority-building projects including LinkedIn drafts and client tools.
  • Systematize client onboarding and coordinate touchpoints to enhance client experience.
  • Manage project finishing tasks such as vendor coordination and website updates.
  • Conduct strategic research and deliver clear, actionable one-page briefs.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years in an EA, Chief of Staff, or similar operations role supporting a CEO.

  • Experience in CRM, SOPs, onboarding flows, and client support.
  • Assertive yet diplomatic with excellent follow-through.
