What You’ll Do
- Own the calendar: Manage meetings, calls, and travel while optimizing daily schedules.
- Manage communication: Review, draft, and prioritize emails to ensure nothing important is missed.
- Prepare and follow through: Set up meetings, capture notes, and track follow-ups until tasks are complete.
- Keep accountability on track: Coordinate across teams to drive projects forward and meet deadlines.
- Stay organized: Maintain systems for easy access to information, files, and action items.
- Support internal engagement: Plan and track team initiatives and morale activities.
- Represent leadership well: Interact professionally and discreetly with both internal and external partners.
What You Bring
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level support role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a professional polish.

- Discretion and maturity when handling confidential information.
