About Real Hires
Real Hires is supporting a growing U.S.-based law firm focused on business contracts and commercial matters. We are seeking a transactional Attorney to join their team.
This is a hands-on role ideal for an attorney who enjoys drafting, reviewing, and supporting business transactions in a structured, execution-focused environment.
This position is best suited for someone early to mid-career who is comfortable owning documents, supporting deal flow, and working within established systems.
Key Responsibilities of an Attorney
- Draft, review, and revise business and commercial contracts
- Support partnership agreements and related transaction documentation
- Assist in analyzing contractual risks and compliance considerations
- Conduct legal research and due diligence related to transactions
- Coordinate with internal teams to help move deals forward efficiently
- Provide limited support on commercial real estate matters (a plus)
- Assist with occasional litigation-related tasks if needed (a plus)
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of post-licensure experience, primarily in transactions and contracts
- Experience supporting business transactions and partnership agreements
- Strong drafting and issue-spotting skills
- Clear, professional written and spoken English
- Organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple assignments
- Experience with commercial real estate transactions (a plus)
- Litigation exposure (a plus)
