About the Role

Real Hires is seeking a highly organized and personable Administrative Assistant to support our finance and data operations team. This role blends administrative tasks, customer service, and light data management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and track insurance claims and decide which claims to pursue.
  • Follow up with families regarding payments and insurance checks.
  • Maintain and organize claim trackers, data sheets, and Excel workbooks.
