Role Overview
As the AI Alchemist, you will report directly to the CEO and work at the intersection of business strategy, intelligent automation, and internal tool design. This role is available as both a Co-op position (for students in a term placement) or a Full-Time hire. You will build AI-powered systems that support leadership, operations, and company processes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO to conceptualize and build agentic workflows.
- Select and evaluate tools, frameworks, and emerging technologies.
- Design and implement custom internal tooling including dashboards, AI assistants, and workflow engines.
- Create intuitive UI/UX for internal tools for non-technical users.
- Collaborate with executives to re-imagine business processes through an AI-native lens.
- Document system architectures, workflows, and best practices.
Essential Requirements
- Proficiency in Python and building applications.
- Experience or coursework in software product design and UI/UX.
- Familiarity with AI frameworks, APIs, or agentic systems is a plus.
- A builder’s mindset and ability to translate strategic visions into prototypes.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Self-driven and collaborative with an ability to own independent workstreams.
