Corporate Accounting Specialist at Rea

Responsibilities
- Perform general ledger posting and preparation of accounting reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, invoicing, and bill payments.
- Prepare financial statements and bank reconciliations.
- Assist with accounting tasks, expense reporting, collections, and daily updates.
- Use various software programs to support different accounting functions.
- Research reference materials and resolve discrepancies.
- Provide excellent client service and proactive problem solving.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong written, verbal, and analytical communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s in accounting preferred.
- Experience in accounting/finance and familiarity with standard accounting practices.
- Travel for training purposes as necessary.
