Corporate Accounting Specialist at Rea

Responsibilities

  • Perform general ledger posting and preparation of accounting reports.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, invoicing, and bill payments.
  • Prepare financial statements and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist with accounting tasks, expense reporting, collections, and daily updates.
  • Use various software programs to support different accounting functions.
  • Research reference materials and resolve discrepancies.
  • Provide excellent client service and proactive problem solving.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong written, verbal, and analytical communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s in accounting preferred.
  • Experience in accounting/finance and familiarity with standard accounting practices.
  • Travel for training purposes as necessary.
