Quality Analyst, AVP at RBS
Join us as a Quality Analyst. If you have a keen eye for detail, this role is for you. You will ensure that only well designed and built work packages pass quality testing, making decisions based on robust data, ROI, and value measures.
This fast-paced position offers excellent progression opportunities and development of your analyst capabilities at an associate vice president level.
What You'll Do
- Assist feature teams to define testable, robust work packages.
- Promote continuous improvement in testing techniques and tools.
- Support the Quality Manager in executing test strategies and advising on automation layers.
- Collaborate with automation specialists to write and analyze automated tests.
- Execute tests continuously and minimize execution time for prompt feedback.
- Focus on customer-centric designs and ensure quality outcomes.
- Detect, prioritize, and resolve defects to ensure first-time right delivery.
The Skills You'll Need
- At least 10 years in applying advanced testing methodologies including Agile methods such as TDD and BDD.
- Experience with a wide range of testing automation tools.
- Strong background in systems development lifecycle and IT testing activities.
- Expertise in testing with a focus on Payments, SWIFT, and ISO projects.
- Ability to align technical work with strategic business outcomes and communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Good collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
