About the Business Analyst Role

Join RBS as a Business Analyst. Take on a critical role defining and realising effective solutions, processes, benefits, and opportunities for key stakeholders. Work with a vibrant, forward-looking team to shape the future of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support analysis of complex cross-franchise and pan-group requirements.
  • Capture, validate, and document business and system requirements.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and third party suppliers.
  • Create and maintain documentation while supporting quality assurance.
  • Identify support tasks related to cut-over and implementation.
  • Trace requirements to future state design.
  • Create and execute test scenarios and scripts to validate design.
  • Facilitate and support user acceptance testing.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Appropriate business analyst certification (BAX, CPRE, CBAP).
  • Highly analytical mindset with strong organisational skills.
  • Experience in business process mapping and IVR journey conversion.
  • Knowledge in optimisation of self-service journeys in IVR.
  • Working knowledge in Amazon Lex development/configuration and Amazon DynamoDB amendments is an advantage.
  • Strong stakeholder management and testing capabilities.
