Overview
The Senior Manager, Product Development Life & Living Benefits at RBC is responsible for driving product innovation and strategy in the Life and Living Benefits insurance space. You will work closely with the Individual Product Development team to identify opportunities for new revenue, improved profitability, operational efficiency, and enhanced client retention.
Responsibilities
- Lead product development activities as a subject matter expert in Life and Living Benefits Insurance solutions.
- Utilize data and insights to identify product innovations and improvements.
- Develop and present compelling business cases to support new initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on underwriting, pricing, and operations issues.
Requirements
- 8 to 10 years of experience in Life and Living Benefits insurance product management.
- Proven ability to leverage data to drive insights and recommendations.
- Strong skills in developing business cases and presentations.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
