Overview

The Senior Business Analyst Capital Markets role is part of the Portfolio & Change Management (PCM) group at RBC. You will work on various initiatives in Settlements and Clearing Services and within the Middle Office of the Business & Client Services department.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and participate in projects as the primary contact for Settlements and Clearing Services.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and technology enhancements.
  • Document requirements, UAT strategies, test cases and user documentation.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Technology, Business teams and stakeholders.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in Capital Markets Operations.
  • Support team members and manage updates for Project Managers and stakeholders.

What You Need to Succeed

  • 5+ years Capital Markets Operations Business Analysis experience.
  • Deep knowledge of Settlements, Clearing, Reconciliations and related workflows.
  • Understanding of CCP and Central Securities Depository functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and VBA.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
