Overview
RBC is recruiting for an exciting Research Manager - Customer Experience role. In this role, you will accelerate shareholder value by understanding the needs of consumers, clients, communities, and employees, and by enhancing RBC’s performance through cost effective research methodologies.
What You Will Do
- Consult with business units to define research needs.
- Manage projects from initiation through field work and reporting.
- Design research approaches and surveys using in-house tools.
- Measure, track, and report client experience metrics.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to signal market trends.
- Test and learn new research methodologies and techniques.
- Ensure due diligence for approved 3rd party research suppliers.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in marketing research on the supplier/vendor side.
- Experience with SPSS, Q Research Software, and Excel.
- Strong project management and collaborative skills.
- Ability to translate complex research data into simple, actionable insights.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and pivot quickly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in a related field; MBA or equivalent is an asset.
- Experience in managing Customer Experience research programs.
- Working French proficiency.
